I have one similar to your first link and I love it. I bought it on Amazon for around $350... Totally worth the cost. I also don't like to use gyms.

I slowly reduced my amount of creamer over time and now I'm drinking black coffee. It's been six months of plain black coffee and I wouldn't drink it any other way now!

I totally understand. I'm a nurse and while working I let my health slide due to the hours and stress of the job. I actually quit working at the beginning of the year and lost 20 pounds and am the healthiest/fittest I've ever been. I'll go back to work when my youngest goes to school but I'm really considering a career…

My maintenance calories are about 150 more than what mfp gives me.

My scale is consistent from day to day. I always weigh first thing in the morning. It does give me a higher %than my caliper. Scale says 23% and caliper says 19%, I'm probably somewhere in the middle.

Then a TDEE of 3045 for your size and activity doesn't sound at all high to me. It does get easier with time, look for the weight trend and ignore the fluctuations. I'm 5'2" 115 lbs and my tdee calculator gives me 1700 for maintenance and I don't think I'm as active as you. I haven't started eating at maintenance yet so I can't say how accurate it is.
