I love the bob revolution. I have both the double and single. I bought the double used off of craigslist. Highly recommend. It pushes itself when running or walking. Worth the high price!

Lara bars! Very simple ingredients. Luna bars are way more processed. Try chocolate chip peanut butter. Or simply chocolate chip! I will have to try the other flavors recommended in this thread.

I love vinyasa flow. I have been taking a class in a heated (but not bikr hot) room. I love how I feel after. Cardio and strength and serenity!

I am adding 400 a day for breastfeeding my 8 week old. I think we can allow up to 500 but I am trying to be conservative in my estimate. I need to lose 11 lbs gained from my 2nd pregnancy.
