  • I am trying again also. I think every couple months I do. I start off gun ho but then in a few weeks I am back to my old habits. I say to myself "this time I am going to stick with it" but never do. I have been trying to lose weight my entire adult life (I am 52) and I am really tired of it but can't give up.
  • Hi all. I need help. I started keeping my journal on 2/27/15 and have been meeting my food and exercise goals but have only lost 3.4lbs! I am soooo frustrated! How can I find out what I am doing wrong?
