I'm new to maintenance but I'm just doing the same as I did during weight loss except with a few more calories. I eat a pretty light breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day (usually around 1000) and then that leaves me with around1500 for dinner and snacks plus exercise calories. Okay, that makes more sense. So what is a realistic time to stay at a specific amount of calories? Try an amount for 1-2 weeks and see if the scale moves one way or the other? If my weight changes make the adjustment on caloric intake?

74.38 as of 5/25. 75 was my goal for the month. I have to say, I'm incredibly impressed by some of the miles people are logging. I don't know if I could ever be able to something like that. Well done everyone!

New to the community and to running. Just started running in February and training for my first ever 5K which is the end of June. Please count me in for 75 miles for May.
