@eggfreak love the thought of a foot of snow! My kids and I would love to be out playing in that! And then warming up later with some hot chocolate! With @Terytha

Mid week looks pretty good for me this week. I’ve exercised, eaten right, drank lots of water, not had any alcohol and tracked my meals. This is definitely not my usual week and it feels great! When I’m in I’m all in.

@conleywoods We have had our elf “Criddle” for the last few years and he has been into a lot of mischief... My kids (now 11 & 12) love him. Just last Christmas they figured out that he had a little help from me. Now this year they take turns hiding him each night and trying to find him in the morning. I’m happy that I…

@jugar - so sorry to read about your horse. What a lovely connection you all shared with him. ❤️ ♥️ 💜 @Gidgitgoescrazy - good luck with the job! I am going to make it to the Zoom call as well it will be nice to see everyone “in person”!

@jugar I apologize that I keep having a late weigh in. Thanks for the kick. I’ve not been on track with food, alcohol or exercise lately which makes me higher in general and on Fridays. Then I want to wait until Saturday or Sunday to see how the weight changes... I have to be more honest with myself and the team. I know…

I’m just now catching on December and I’m inspired by everyone’s exercise and silly photos! CW: 164 PW: 162 I don’t know where my motivation has gone but I’m going to look for it... lots of Christmas wine is not helping. 🍷🍷🍷

PW: 162.2 CW: 161.4 @happimess01 That link is great and I’m constantly searching for protein sources. So thanks for the overview.

@conleywoods those stereos were the best! It would be fun to have one now maybe that connects with Bluetooth!! I couldn’t think of my favorite Christmas present from childhood. I did love traveling to my grandparents house and singing random Christmas songs for most of the 4 hour trip with my mom and sister. 🥰

I’ve dropped off logging and checking in. Now it’s Wednesday for me! 😖 okay back to logging and the habit tracker. I feel like I’m always in this loop.

@Gidgitgoescrazy CONGRATS!! I am so looking forward to breaking into the 150’s and you are showing me that it’s possible. Thanks for the inspiration!!

I’m back to exercising and logging daily. So far it’s paying off on the scale and more importantly feeing great! CW: 162.2 PW: 162.8

@CanadianGiraffe so sorry, I am sending prayers for your son, your peace and safe travels.

I haven't been able to sleep much lately. For whatever reason I go to bed later (which also results in snacking) and when the kids get off to school I refuse to take a nap or get more rest. Even when I have no obligations here at the house. Is napping really less productive than Netflix or watching election results or…

Yesterday was my first day back to logging my meals in about 10 days. We were in Italy and then coming back and I just let go of the habit for those days. Today I am thinking about why it’s so valuable for me to keep an honest food diary: - focus on my daily habits - identify when I’m not getting enough fiber - Stop before…

Hello everyone and November! It seems like this last month flew by! My name is Stephanie. I am a stay at home mom of two preteens. My husband and I live in Luxembourg. I am working to get into the 150 pound range by the end of the year. Currently I keep hovering at a 160-163 pound range... I set goals but its harder for me…

CW: 162 PW: 161.8 Sorry to post so late. I had trouble trying to post earlier this weekend. We are in Venice this week and it’s beautiful!

Yikes! I have not been moving much lately. It’s affecting my mood. The day is early here so I’m going to get something in today.

@mbakhtiaruz Thanks for your honest post! I loved the responses and found some sites I didn't know about before! I agree with everyone that just starting with 10 minutes is the best way to get started. Once things are in motion it's hard to stop... On nights when I want to encourage myself for the next day I plan ahead: I…

PW: 163 CW: 161.8 Oh I am definitely a list person. I don’t know else to do life. I have lists for my lists... 🤣🤣🤣 This week I created a new list to keep myself on target with my October goal to get below 160. Things were going well until Friday night. Now I need to go refer to my lists again. It’s honestly the only way to…

@SMcFall0215 so sorry to hear about your Mom. That’s seems like an emotional week and hope the next few are better for you and the family.

@Terytha SO IMPRESSED!!! That's one pretty bird!

It’s been raining here (Luxembourg) for the last few weeks. This weekend there’s sun ☀️☀️☀️ but it’s only 50ish degrees. I was outside all of Saturday and it felt amazing! I forgot how great it feels to just stand in the sun. More of that today!

Ok I committed myself to finding at least 5 healthy recipes for this week. So the first one has to be tacos. Right now we make ours with a seasoning packet and hamburger, cheese, salsa, avocados, and large tortillas. I usually eat too much and feel so full afterwards. SO just now, I have looked up a few recipes for flavor…

CW: 163.0 PW: 162.0 I want to wait and see this weight result again tomorrow morning. But I should just share it honestly. Today. It’s frustrating to see that my slippage isn’t paying off. I want to eat tacos, not workout and lose weight... obviously I know that doesn’t make sense. Ugg. I’m disappointed with my lack of…

I am looking for a little motivation today so I went to look at this MFP discussion for non scale victories: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1275030/whats-your-most-recent-nsv/p1514 Its great to see positive notes from other people on the same journey. It makes me think of my efforts as not just about the…

A NSV from last week was opening my closet and realizing that all my pants either fit now. They used to be so tight that I had to wear them for awhile to be comfortable... not the way to start a good day.
