I need some help from anyone who loves to use the elliptical machines at the gym. Why do my toes goes numb after 5 minutes? Are there any tricks to prevent this?

@micki48 steps update 12/12: 18,629 12/13: 8,319 12/14: 12,917 This weeks steps were better due to the Christmas markets here! The steps were high and so were my calories - its really hard to resist the warm mulled wine, chocolates and nougat....

CW: 165.4 PW: 166 I'm excited to see my weight continue to decrease - even slowly. MFP and our group is really helping me to stay committed and give myself some grace. Especially when I go over my calorie budget or don't work out - you all remind me that it takes continually coming back.

@micki48 count me in for the steps challenge in December! To start the week here are my steps for 12/1: 4,877 Its a slow start but I will make up for it soon. It was very helpful to have this accountability last month. My average daily steps in November was 11,875 which was higher than October!
