Ha ha thanks lovely- I think no loss is due to the bottle of wine and quality street (sssss) I had at weekend! So feel lucky! Appreciate your support!!

Well my last two days have been ruined by migraines... Unable to exercise and I haven't eaten well at all. Woke up this morn feeling better so time to get back on the horse and make the next few days count so I'm ready for Monday's weigh in. Hope everyone's having a good week!

Day 2 - did my 20 min hit last night but struggled to get through my 10 min abs this morning... The only thing that got me through was telling myself that I really want this and that I had to post something on here. Pineapples - don't be so hard on yourself - you're 6lbs down already! Life happens.... Enjoy your weekend just keep in mind your goal and don't go too crazy... Don't think In terms of being good or bad - Just think at your nieces birthday next year you want to be 20lbs lighter X One day at a time - your doing great!
