I'm 5'6" and I've been logging for 57 days. I'm doing the Strong lifts 5x5 program (started about 3 weeks in). I have a long way to go, but I'm really happy with the progress so far. 24lbs difference.

Only been at it for 15 days, but someone at work asked me how I'm losing weight today! I didn't even think it was visible yet. Very exciting!

In my experience, I lose weight off my boobs and face first, and then that basically stabilizes and I start to lose it off of my butt and stomach.
