the 100-125 ballpark is pretty accurate for me, going by my heart rate monitor. I do notice now I have to up my own "boosting" during the DVDs, I've been doing them for a couple of months now. I love Leslie :)

Thanks! Can do split squats, and I can add dumbbells to that, I just dont want to miss out or screw up the balance of things. I'm in the exact same situation, determined_14, my husband has the same equipment in our garage, but he doesn't use it so much as he does circuits.

Also if you're new to your workout, also expect retention/ swelling while your body adjusts. It can mask losses.

Yep, I'm set to start this week and I'm circling the kitchen like a tiger would it's prey. Ugh. Salty, then sweet. I think I'm going to give in some more now and see where my calories are. And maybe do some Leslie Sansone later on.

I think it works, but only for certain people. I don't like breakfast, and just have coffee through the a.m., but I am hungriest mid afternoon, through early evening. By dinner, I want something filling. Then, I am good until the next day. My husband, on the other hand, eats much more often than me, and feels it if he goes…
