lifting with no power rack
I'm looking to start a lifting program, I have access to everything at home it seems but a power rack. Is there any way around it, or something I can do in place of squats? I hope to scoop one up later this year, but am at a place where I really would love to lift and very slowly drop weight. Any advice is appreciated!
