I walk 5 miles a day before my other exercise routines and I just put it under cardio (mph) and add the time it took me 60-90 min or however long it takes and I never eat my exercise calories, I just upped my cals from 1300 to 1600 and I have been steady dropping weight (slowww process). Twice a day I have 100-150 calorie treat and I have it during my munchie times which is after lunch and before dinner and after dinner.

You want to gain muscle not fat, keep that in mind when choosing your foods I would limit my processed foods.

Are you certain you ate a low calorie diet ? Did you exercise at all and if so, how often and type? Do you track your food? ALL food? How many calories do you eat per day? What does your menu look like ?

If im hard up for food I will eat a detour smart bar 130-150cals and 4 grams sugar. I can't stand the quest bar I have tried a few different ones and yuck I cant get past the odd taste. Has only tried the complete protein cookie ? Those bad boys are naughty, each cookie is 2 servs for 400 cals.

Geeze, 12-14 coffees way too much maybe you need a little more sugar instead of the coffee. By the looks of your pic you look great and maybe your water consumption is causing the night time cramps....just thought.

You will find it under cardio and pick the speed you walk and for how long.

I think you should cut back your sugar track, measure and weigh your food and up your treadmill time from 20 minutes to 60 minutes or whatever works for you. I don't think 20 minutes is enough exercise on maintenance if your not spot on with your food. Just my 2 cents.....

Thanks, Im going to check out the calculator and I know my junk is part of my problem and Ive been working on that and my height im 5'3 and my resting pulse is 50 according to my doc in the pass it was even lower but I was also running HM a couple times a month.
