How deep are you squatting ? It could be that your not balanced while squatting (slight lean to one side) or you increased your weights too much (unless) you experienced back pains before you upped your weights? I can't imagine squatting using your toes "ouch" that would kill my knees.

I personally would never eat 3 bananas per day or that much fruit "sugar" although fruit has fiber I still think its too much fruit. You need protein.

I have a garmin and I no longer allow my steps to be loaded into mfp (I forget to upload) so, now I just add the amount of time I spend walking and I only track my actual walks (I average over 20k steps per day in scheduled walks) Im a speedy walker but I didn't know that 10k steps roughly =400 calories interesting I guess…

At first spin will sux it does for most. In order to get past the sux part of spin and the sore butt you gotta stck with it and know butt soreness will go away.

Ilovelucy, You got this. Make sure you track,weigh and measure everything you eat and try to keep your junk food consumption down. Do whatever it takes to get yourself moving on a daily basis. Most people might disagree with me but, I think its important to weigh/record your weight once a week always at the same time…
