  • 1200 calories is not a little bit of food, I recently lost 6 lbs eating 1200 calories and I don't feel hungry at all. If your planning on eating out or driving thru the fast food spots most days, then yes 1200 calories it's not a lot.
  • I read this sometime ago, that you lose weight on your body in the order of the way you gained your weight. Do you think this is true ?

  • Your not failing, just a little hiccup. Instead of alcoholic drink maybe u can do a spritzer or just water ln a cup. On days you have one of your events maybe breakfast and lunch can be light and save the bulk of your calories for the event.?
  • When you increase you activity in the attempt to drop pounds your body will automatically go into hungry mode and this sometimes leads you to consume a little more food than you should. I'm not saying if your hungry don't eat but, you should be mind full of the amount/type of food your eating after exercising. Always ask…
  • I wasn't planning on paying, Just curious.
  • Your knee/leg will be weaker for now, you had surgery. You must be doing physical therapy assuming you recently had surgery ? My ACL/Menisus repair took a year to function properly.
  • Physical therapy or a trainer at a gym might be a better help for you.
  • -1 is better than +1
  • Why would you care if your watch tells you if your improving with fitness or fat burning ? If your working out and seeing and feeling the improvements you don't need the watch to tell you that and I really wonder how accurate that feature actually is. If it were me I would pick the watch that gives me the most bang for my…

  • I don't trust the extra calories from my actvities and and just eat my alloted calories for weight loss ( 1200cal ). On the days that I know that I will be doing heavy workouts I eat roughly (200) more calories and just on those days. I do a weekly spin class and it gives me 465 Calories (give or take a few) can't remember…

  • If you feel a pain on the outside of your thigh (Yes) Im going to say that is IT band or maybe Hip. You could also have siatica going on as well, it's hard to say (Im not) a doctor, I live life in the injured lane. 1. Stand up / place your right leg over you left and bend over toward the left side (see) if you feel the…
  • It could be a hamstring strain or you could have stained a ligament in the back area of your knee but, it could also be the early onset of IT Band issues. Yes, I know the IT band does not go down the back of the knee but, sometimes what we feel in one spot might actually be from another area. What type of sneaker are you…
  • When you were on your weight loss adventure did you have cheat days/foods that you ate on most days ? Or did you just eat good food your entire weight loss adventure?
  • Brooks Adrenaline 15's.
  • Well, Plantar Fasciitis you didn't say that in the original post you could be compensating for the plantar fasciitis during your runs and other activities. This could cause shin issues, if your form is off and I can bet it is. Plantar Fasciitis is nothing to mess. Try icing your shins after your runs and reduce the amount.
  • don't fall for the zero point banana ....
  • Weight Watchers is not that much different than MFP (except) they count points and MFP counts actual calories and both do Activity. 1. MFP cost nothing it requires a little bit of your time and Honesty when it comes to amount of food you eat. MFP does not have Leaders, just us "everyday people" who understand the stresses…
  • Your gaining weight on Macca the powder supplement ? Really!
  • What type of sneaker do you run in and did you purchase them from a big box store or did you buy them from a running store and did they watch you run ? How long has this shin pain been going on ? How often and how far are you running ? Do you always run on the same side of the road ? Personal experience, for 8 months I ran…
