I agree. I work a very active job were Im walking and bending and climbing stairs and I wear a vivofit and I don't get very manys steps in during my work day and I'm non-stop on my feet (sad) but, true.

you stopped eating a well balanced diet ? What other types of exercise do you do ? If your only eating 700-800 calories thats not enough food you need to show your food logs.

Shin splints are usually from running and compression sleeves are good only problem is they mask the real problem. Morning, I just looked at your diary and to be honest I think you eat too much sugar and yes I know its hard because they add that stuff to everything and we all have our moments. If your really wanting to up your protein I would remove your morning sugar rush and replace it with "Eggs" if your not into protein drinks…

Have you lost weight doing this much cardio ? if so, how much? Do you eat properly to account for the amount of cardio your currently doing ? Do you take rest days ? If your feeling fine and you take rest days, then I say go for it.

I have the opposite problem of you sandoo4. I work a late night job that has me on my feet walking and standing non-stop and it messes with my food schedule for 3 days. My vivofit does add my steps into my exercise tracker, but should I log the walk as a separate activity or just let the vivofit track the steps from it and not log it as an exercise ? I don't want to double dip on activity and I dont eat them so Im not concerned about that.

When using Protein powder and Greens your smoothie will seperate, it's the green breaking down. It's recommended to drink them pretty fast or if it's taking you so long to drink them make less or put it in a shaker bottle and shake it up every few minutes as your drinking. Just a thought!
