Well my cheat day is Friday and Its not a all day cheat day. the only meal i eat on my cheat day is dinner on Friday. I eat pizza and whatever I want in A still healthy amount. Its really up to you how you do it and what you want to eat. :)

I started at 230 and now im 111, you can totally do this! it takes time but its worth it and losing 50 pounds is prefect start :)
