Welcome Purple! We are glad you found us. The support here is really awesome. I turned 60 the end of August so I can relate to your goals. But we're not just getting older, we are betting BETTER (and slimmer)!

I think I figured out a way to get my GIAGANTIC before and after pictures down to a manageable size. Man- they were kinda scary! Lol

It's been a slow go but I'm showing improvement after 5 months. I still have a LONG ways to go but I'll get there eventually!

I've mentioned before that diet coke has been my biggest struggle. I've pretty much given it up (snif snif) and only have one every 10 days or so. (It's a MUST with pizza). I started drinking Crystal Light instead and loving it. Soooo I decided to research the ingredients and found out that it also contains aspartame. The…

You look incredible! That is so awesome that your husband constantly says something! It means so much to hear it from them!

I'm worn out just reading about all of you guys and your ambitious antics! I need to try and find my inner beast and follow suit!

Wow Jen! You look amazing! No resemblance to a puffer fish there!

Boy can I relate to this! I was up 2.4 pounds last week (for no apparent reason) and 8 days later I'm still trying to get them off.

Awesome dinner tonight. NS Tuna (the pouch), chopped red peppers, green onion, cucumber, chopped water chestnut, celery, black pepper, and a twist of sea salt/garlic grinder. Mix and chill for a few hours. I even ate it on 1 slice of wheat bread and my entire HUGE meal was 257 calories. Wish I'd ordered more tuna!! YUM

Just used mine for the first time. I used 1 zucchini, 1 sweet potato, tossed with EVOO and garlic sea salt and baked for 20 minutes. Put my rotini & meatballs over. Pretty darn tastes! Next time I will add red bell peppers and onions. And - it's very pretty!!

Today was the dreaded day and after 14 days of doing basically whatever the heck I wanted I've gained 4 ponds back. Quite honestly I expected it to be more. With that said - it's out the door I go for a loonngg walk. Feels good to be back on track. No more crying over spilt margaritas! Looking forward to the day. Hope…

UPDATE: I went to a Specialty Athletic shoe store while we were in Reno. They measured, made an ink template of my foots pressure points, recommended a pair of shoes, tried several different inserts and I walked out of there $535 poorer! My husband insisted I take the plunge and I must say ☺️ So far so good☺️. That's right…

Soooo - I ordered one of these contraptions this evening. Anxious to get it and try it out. I've been reading some really different recipes for using this little gadget. I think my first attempt will be the sweet potato noodles cooked on a waffle iron. Looks very easy and an excellent way to get those servings of veggies.…

Day 6 - Beautiful Lake Tahoe. Heading to the San Francisco area tomorrow. On another note - keep my home state of Oklahoma in your prayers. Another day of horrific tornados

Love it! I can't believe how smart our pets are. My little Morkie does the happy dance when I walk anywhere near her leash.
