Yes I use small plate to reduce my calories and I eat almost everything I want in reason. I make sure I drink plenty of water and as for exercise I walk around the church park lot near me several times and I am losing. But keeping track of calories is a big must.

Hi just joined this today..want to lose at least 30 pounds but when i get bored or nervous i munch.also v ery bad night time mucher..lol would love encouragement and friends to help me through this..I am 52 yrs old and have had numerouse surgeries and illnesses that helpedme gain this weight..thanks and have a great day

Hi i am jennette and after all health problems this last year 2 surgerys i need to lose 30 or more pounds..I need people that can relate and help and encourage instead of hearing wow you gained weight(kids and hubby)..looking forward to this new app :) have a great day
