Logging works. I'll need to log for the rest of my life. It's worth it. I am happy to do it. Not everyone logs....but I have learned for at least for me to have the things other people want I'll have to do the things other people won't.

Through calorie tracking alone I found a couple of food items that if I regulated better I could reduce my caloric intake by over 700 calories a day. 700 x 7 = 4,900 calories a week. kittenforever, What are the trigger(s) that cause you to binge eat? You mentioned that this was the third time that you have binged like this. Most of us have things that will trigger us to over eat. I sure do. Identifying the triggers and anticipating when they may appear has helped me to stay on track.
