I like to make turkey burgers. I mix 1lb ground lean turkey with 6 sundries tomato halves, (chopped), with 1/4 cup feta, 2 oz. Frozen spinach, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup breadcrumbs. Form 6 patties, and grill or pan fry. It's only about 130 calories per patty, depends on the ingredients you use, and if you add in the egg and bread…

I like to boil them for a few minutes, then cut them into wedges, season, and put on the grill for a few minutes.

I like filling corn tortillas with shredded chicken and a bit of cheese. Make some sour cream and chile sauce, put the tortillas in a casserole pan, pour sauce over top, and bake in the oven. So good! :)

I found out I was eating too little. You can go online and search TDEE calculator, and it will tell you how many calories to eat in a day. I was starving at only 1200 calories, so I used a calculator, and it said I needed 1450 for my age, height, etc. Give it a try! :)
