Be confident with yourself, knowing THEY had to start in the gym too. They didn't wake up one day strong and slim. Don't worry. Most the time, people don't care, they care about themselves and how they are working out. <3 :)

Hi, how about fitness blender? Almost all their workouts don't need any equipment. Check them out. They have 400 workout videos, and you could probably do them in your hotel room. The different video categories they have are yoga, HIIT, cardio, strength training, Pilates, Barre, and a ton of others.

Whenevr you get a craving for something salty, workout and drink water. Or if it's something sweet, brush your teeth. This helps me a lot. After doing these things, if I still want it, I eat a very small portion of it. Hope this helps! :smiley:

I like to use a calendar to keep myself accountable, and to mark off the days. I filled out my paper calendar with the 30 days of the shred. It's sort of motivating. Every little bit helps, right? Just thought I'd post something that's helpful to me. :)

Me too! I loathe the raises. Maybe it's because I use 5lb weight in each hand. Haven't been able to buy 3 lb.
