Consistency is key. Proper diet and focus on strengthening the core, you'll be fine. Tips: when you're doing cardio try to incorporate some core movements.

Interesting.. The caffeine content is significant in supplements but nothing more than what you get with coffee and taking daily vitiman supplements.
