I totally feel you ladies, I had two C section, I had my first child at 31and my second at 35, I just can't get back to my pre baby body :)

Also look for a low to zero calorie food. So you're aware which is which. I'm doing something different which is a low carb high fat foods, which to my surprise I have lost 4 kilos in 3 months. Slow lost but it is a lost.

So right Elisa :) at least we are monitoring what we're eating and aware of it. I do love my rice and wine a lot :)

It's great to hear everyone's opinion about this and thank you for your honesty :) soon as I got sick and passed on around the house, that's when I went slack. But I'm definitely starting again tomorrow. back on a treadmill again :) thanks guys for the feed back xx Carol will check the link you provided xx
