Hi, Jessica! Knee surgery in 2011 threw my active (skinny) life a curve ball. I still can't figure out how to exercise with no knee impact. I was a runner, so walking is BOR-ING. I have to get my head in THAT game!

For me, 20 pounds is wishful thinking, but I feel that 15 pounds by June is doable. I can see that I need to swap my Fat and Protein percentages on the pie chart! Uuggghhh! Support is much appreciated!
