  • When we go on a cruise the elevators are off limits. We take the stairs no matter how many decks we have to go up or down. On a seven day cruise I may gain about one to two pounds. Have fun on your cruise.
  • On my phone I hit the + button on the bottom of the screen and it brings up water, exercise, etc. just hit water and it lets you add cups of water. On the computer on the did page it gives you a place for it.
  • I have at least 100 pounds to lose. I'm 57 years old and after losing 14 lbs on another plan found out I would never be able to keep that up long term. I have lost 6 lbs using MFP in 28 days and love it. I'm a slow loser but that's okay.
  • Tha appliances I use the most are my ninja 4 in 1 cooker and my rice cooker. The ninja is great because it has stove top, slow cooker, oven, and steamer settings. I have some veggies cooking in it right now.
