I work at a desk too! I've converted to a standing desk and try to stand at least have the time. I go to the furthest bathroom/water cooler and if no one is around I lunge to it ;) I keep a little hand exerciser and squeeze on that. I also have a shake weight. Hula hooping burns 200-400 calories an hour and is sooo fun I don't even consider it a workout!!! I can hoop hardcore to a 7 minute song and barely be able to breathe!
