MFP gave be a target of 1200 calories a day, I couldn't sustain that, so I've increased it to 1350, I'm losing weight slower but have found it a much more reasonable goal.

5'6" 24 yrs old Current weight: 120lb Highest weight: 126lb Lowest weight: 112lb I have no goal weight I prefer using measurements. I'd also like to be fitter and stronger. I'm vegetarian, and have a bit of a sweet tooth so really struggling to keep to my daily calories
