I'll have popcorn sometimes, but maybe I just need to fit a serving of chips in every now and then. :) Chips and salsa...my weakness !!

I agree. Snacks are just as important as the meals. I usually have oatmeal with fruit for breakfast and a few hours later have a snack. Cottage chees and fruit or sometimes just an apple or banana.

Love all y'all's post! It's exactly what I'm struggling with. Need to loose a few pounds and tone up. I'm ready to start over and try harder. =)
