Standing leg raises but to the left and right lateral planes...hanging from say a pullup bar. My favorite for obliques. Windshield wipers if you've got the strength (really tough exercise as well)

Most of their stuff is a concoction of xanthan gum, pectin, and various other food thickeners/emulsifiers. Not worth the cost for imitation food. The taste or satisfaction of "cheating" isn't worth it either. Their salad dressings being the exception though

Sugar-free Balsamic vinaigrette...1g carbohydrate/serving, 80kcals/bottle...plenty of NaCl. Most importantly, No Canola oil!
