I had a plateau too and it lasted 4 weeks. Keep at it. Don't get discouraged, just keel doing what u have been doing.

Have heart issues here. Had an ablation done in March and the app "map my run" is helping me a lot. That keeps me motivated to push through not being able to breath and chest pain on some days. I have found that getting a few friends or family members to walk with me at least once a week helps me stay on target for exercising daily. Making 5 salads ahead for the week and putting them along with cut up veggies at eye level in the refrigerator helps too.

I would like to suggest the app....called map my run. It tracks your walk and tells u how many calories burned when done. Its great motivation to see the calories being burned. I walk my 2 German Shepards also and its great relief for me as well.
