The steps taken per mile is dependent on the walker/runner's stride. That wasn't mentioned above.

Many people find the appearance and the taste to be disgusting. If you eat a diet full of fruits and vegetables, coupled with plenty of exercise and lots of water, you shouldn't have trouble with constipation. I'm like Lis.... I would rather eat my calories than drink them.
