So in... I gained back about 20 pounds this past year. 8-10 should be doable for the first month back on eating healthy and putting more effort into exercising.

I will probably repeat workouts 1&2 weeks 1-2 for an additional 1 week, give my poor soft body an additional week to get its stuff together. LOL Jillian sure knows how to kick my *kitten*.

I actually got up on time this morning at 5:05 and got in my 20 minutes of Sun Salutations!!!!! It was so nice in the dark living room with only the fish tanks blue night lights on. until the dogs got peeved that I wasn't feeding them and came over and started stepping all over my yoga mat, getting in my way. lol

In my step class we didn't do the plank hold until after our weights time and I just moved from 5 pound weights last Wednesday, to 6 pound weights this Monday, to 8 pound weights today.... So my arms were like jello... But I kept my time at about 45-50 seconds like last time!!

I don't drink any thing but water and tea. So I did my plank today in my step class. Been super busy so I haven't been on since Saturday.

I think I pissed off my hamstring yesterday doing JMBR, so I took today off from JMBR. There is no reason to push myself and get even more hurt.... But I did go for the regular dog walk. I'm going to see if I can find my heart rate monitor and wear it during one of my step classes and during JMBR workouts to try and get an accurate reading of calories burned.

Forgot to log yesterdays exercise on this discussion.... but I did a 45 minute dog walk and I did JMBR Cardio 1. Tonight I have my customary dog walk and a 1 hr Step Class. When I was wearing my pedometer I was averaging about 12000 steps a day, long dog walk plus a 20 min lunch walk went a long way towards hitting those…

Oh dear God.... that sounds like a nightmare..... I cant imagine trying to hold a plank for that long, elbow plank THEN full plank /cry..... I will see how long I hold mine tonight in my Step Class, We do a 2 minute plank hold... I don't make it the whole time but I will time it.

I walk the dogs every day for like 45 mins.... So kinda cheated that one.... But I also did my JMBR Cardio 1.... Some how it's not seaming to get any easier.... But I still have it for the rest of the month...

I had a 1 hr step class that included 10 mins of stretching, but when I got home I did another 15 mins of gentle stretches. Hopefully the extra stretches will help with the DOMS tomorrow.

Amee, my dogs were the catalyst for me starting to exercise again... They require so much exercise that they were the perfect cure to my laziness. And some how I fit all of my exercise in tonight and I cooked dinner too!!!!!

This week I have been super busy so I didn't make it on here to post my daily workouts, must do better next week!!! HAHAHHAHAHA yeah Bookworm and Amee, my boyfriend is the same way. That's why I workout as soon as I get home from work. I am just about the worst morning person I know. I also have to get up at 5am just to make it to work, so getting up at 4am for a workout would NEVER happen.... lol.....

I'm interested. But I take Sundays off as an active rest day, so no "Workout" but I do a 1-2 hr walk with my dogs on Sundays which I log. So I guess that would count.
