I wait tables on Saturday and because I burn so many calories more than during the week, I choose Saturdays for my indulgences. Usually just Starbucks and a taco but I work at the onion ring mac n cheese burger place so....sometimes I eat half a burger.

My husband likes coffee mate powder creamer. I buy the big containers when I go. A very fit looking woman saw me grab it and said "that is going to make you gain a ton of weight." I told her I drink it black, this is for my kids. She legit gave me the elevator eyes, scoffed, and walked away, lol.

I use it to help keep me in a deficit only. I can eat more, feel full, and stay under my calories. Also helps to keep me from eating at night on my way to bed.

I don't log vitamins or "bites" like grocery store samples or when someone says "try this" because I refuse to beat myself up over a single bite. Other than that I try to log everything.

I don't know how to add people, but I do use this app EVERY DAY even when I treat myself. Add me if you like, I would love to have e friends that aren't trying to convince me to eat donuts. Lol

Look up green giant's fried cauliflower rice. That with a cup of peas and some boiled shrimp added feels like a cheat meal but comes in under 400 calories.

I only do 16:8 and use it to help keep me in a deficit. I make sure it is nutrient dense food, it is just easier to help keep under 1200 when I'm only eating 2 meals a day and maybe a snack or two rather than waking up and eating all day.

I use protein powder, water and a frozen banana instead of ice. Sometimes I add a half serving of pb fit. It taste like a milk shake no matter what flavor i use. Works for me because I also have very little time to eat. Plus a vicious sweet tooth.

I like 50/50 baby spring mix with frozen fajita chicken, red bell pepper strips, fresh jalapeno slices, chopped tomatoes, and chopped avocado. Instead of dressing I squeeze one or two orange wedges. I could eat this every day.
