My mini goal is to reach the 160's by February or so. I am currently 176 and depending on my sodium intake it can bounce back to 180 which I am not happy. It will be nice to be firmly in 160's! (Also, that means I am o my about 10 lbs from goal, yay!)

Do you weight train? Many times those that weigh more but wear smaller sizes tend to as muscle takes up less space than fat. I weigh 176 at 5'7 and I wear a size 10. I weight train as well.

Totally!

I used to work in an office environment similar to the episode of Seinfeld where Elaine was at a birthday party everyday. I mean seriously, it was a celebration everyday from happy anniversary, retirement, birthday, etc. There was a sheet cake in the break room and after a while I became more repulsed than anything. I was…

I second reselling the juicer and purchasing a vitamix. You.can get a refurbished one for the same cost with warranty and there areany things you can do with it besides smoothies. It's a great investment.

That's a freak idea! (Checking Pinterest :) )

Does your son have an epipen? I'm wondering if having a consultation with a specialist on how to live with the allergy may help. My daughter has a peanut allergy and her doctor gave me a lot of information on support resources for both parents and children.

Well I have been browsing amazon.com and it recommended the supplement based on my previous orders I guess. Anyway, many of the reviews stated that it helps their hair, skin, joints, and some mentioned the added protein. I have never heard of anyone taking it this way ( with the exception of sipping broth) and was…

I do just cardio(running and elipitical...I want to try rowing too) and weight training. I also do yoga on rest days which is typically only on Sunday. I wish I can take more yoga classes. I like the setting but most of the classes offered at my gym conflict with my schedule.

I wish you a very strong and healthy recovery!

Yes, as far as I can remember I have always hated sliced or jist American cheese in general. I was the only kid who hated grilled cheese unless it was made with cheddar which was rare back then (80's) for some reason. That stuff is vile.

My hubby feels the same way but really enjoys the trader joe's Tuscan kale which is more like collard greens. If you like collards it's worth trying.

Artic Zero was the worse. With the exception of laughing cow desserts, I will only purchase the real fattening/caloric thing :D

Awesome job!!!!!

Oh and if you choose to add through food dairy, it will subtract the calorie amount from you calorie allotment, thus giving you a larger surplus

Congratulations on the baby! There are two ways I am aware of...you can either enter the your breastfeeding time under exercise and it will give you the equivalent of calories burned or you can enter it through the dairy as food (the option I use often ) when you search through this option it will give you numerous choices…

I absolutely love my vitamix! I once heard it described as the "Cadillac " of blenders...lol The refurbished (which is a great option ) will run you about $300, but it comes with a 5-7 year warranty. It does everything(nut butters, soup, ice cream, smoothie, flour, etc) and the company has awesome customer service. If you…

Oh and chocolate is mine. I have a huge issue with portion control with most sweets so I usually go for them when I have a nice amount of saved.

Omg, I've been there! Leg days are the absolute worse for me. I have to be very mindful of my eating on those days.

Aloe vera is great! I forgot about that one but it is important for the op to really research a quality brand because there are many out there that aren't anything other than sugar water with little specs of aloe vera.

I second the magnesium citrate. I would suggest getting the liquid version ( here in the states you purchase it at any pharmacy or supermarket...it usually comes in a glass bottle and resembles soda or seltzer water ) now, then going forward get the pills and take daily as a supplement to support regular bm. Again, that's…

I, for a brief moment contemplated having more children after my twins but because I am still nursing(they will be 2 in Feb), and it has taken nearly 2 years to get back to my pre pregnancy weight, it's a no for me. I was pretty fit but wasn't at my ideal weight prior to pregnancy (size 10). This time around I want to get…
