I have twins as well and it isn't. I carve the little time I have to work out or me time but it is usually at the expense of sleep. They are very active so I feel like I am constantly fighting fatigue.

I'm 35 and a mom of 2 and still nursing. Feel free to add me! I felt the same as you op and just decided that no matter what, I was going to make time for myself which means sensible eating and carving out workouts (idc if it's early morning or later night). I try to go 6 days a week.

So far so good. I am averaging about 1750 calories per day and have not seen a drip in supple. I am currently nursing my 19 month twins. I eat a lot and I have found just adding one session (times 2...lol) in my diary helps keep me at a deficit without depriving myself. Nursing can make you hungry at times...lol

Yes it does. It adds the amount back on as if burned but it's under food. Check my log and you can see. For example, I usually only log my breastfeeding under lunch and skip the others. Breastfeeding is under food. When you add to your diary search breastfeeding and it will give you a list ranging from exclusive, tandem, toddler, etc.

What kind of vegan powder? I've noticed that hemp is thicker than pea or rice. How about try one of those( my favorite is pea) or a combination of. I get my protein from true nutrition and you can create your own mixture. But to answer your question, I usually make smoothies with Almond milk, fruit, and ice.

I have the same exact issue! I am currently breastfeeding my 19 month old twins and for a pre workout I tend to drink ice coffee or something but I don't like that I usually have to urinate during my workout so I was thinking of alternatives.
