I don't mind working out alone, but I need someone to motivate me to actually work out. But I also find that because I'm so competitive, working out along with someone make me work harder.

I don't count natural sugars, only added sugar. Coming from Weight Watchers, I wholeheartedly believe that sugar does affect your weight, but the kind of food you're eating with sugar makes the difference. Foods with added sugar are generally not made with a whole lot of nutrients, whereas whole fruits contain nutrients…

Yes, after being mugged. Have you ever broken a bone?

It's been a long time since I've been called sexy, but I think it's my uniqueness.

I know I get a workout from gardening. But I wind up killing everything!

Also trying this out due to no luck with Freestyle. I like Freestyle for maintenance, but not for weight loss.

Thanks all!

I'm 9 months post baby. Didn't gain any baby weight but need to lose about 25 pounds of prebaby weight. Full time mom with a hubby who works massive overtime. No time for anything it seems. :( I currently take a circus arts class once a week. I find that doing an activity out of the ordinary keeps me interested.

I am 9 months post baby. I gained 20 pounds during pregnancy, lost it immediately. I exercised throughout my pregnancy. I've gained 5 pounds in 9 months, with 25 total I want to lose. It was so much easier to work out while pregnant than it is now! Trying to get back in the game.

4'10". Definitely a struggle. Especially when these types of fitness trackers measure a normal person's steps. It takes me 2 steps to everyone else's steps. Don't I get extra credit for that? Gotta lose 25ish pounds.
