I use Stevia instead of the others. As of yet, it seems to be the safest and it doesn't have the terrible aftertaste of aspartame.

I have the same problem. I look at back at old pictures when I was skinnier, remembering how I thought I was too fat then too. And 40 pounds ago, I would have killed to be at the weight I am now! I can't win!
