My iPhone 6 tracks my steps and I have become obsessed with hitting my goal. Even on my days off, i'll go out and make sure I hit over 10,000. I average around 15,000 a day, as I do a lot of walking at work.

I've read that it makes no difference if you eat breakfast or not. If you feel like you need to eat breakfast, then do it. If you want another mid-morning breakfast, then fine. Just add it in to your calories.

My iPhone has a built in step counter, and i use either MFP or MMF to work out the calories burnt. I was thinking of getting a FitBit, but I usually carry my iPhone around in my pocket all day so maybe its not worth it.

Sweet Potato (Baked), Reduced-fat Coleslaw, Spinach and small amount of mozzarella. Under 500 calories.

50% of whatever you burnt off, so 287.
-
50% is a safe bet. I use MMF to log runs and it's known for overstating the calories burnt.

Snacking is fine. Just don't go over your calorie allowance. I snack quite a bit, but don't go over my limits.

I went out for a few drinks last night, came home and was famished. Ended up eating a HUGE (150g) bag of crisps, which was 775 calories!!! Felt ridiculously guilty this morning!

I have Belvita breakfast biscuits. 220 calories a pack with 10g of sugar. 7.2g of fat. Hmmmm.... Maybe I should cut these out!

Love doing this too. I had a muffin at work the other day and everyone was like 'you can't eat that!' "Er, yes I can. 17lb lost in 8 weeks *kitten*!" Haha. It's all about moderation. Eat what you want, just stick to your calorie goal. And obviously eat healthy too.

Maltesers are my Achilles heal! I just love them. Could easily munch through a bag with a cup of tea. If I do I just add it in to my calories. Over 500 calories a bag really makes me think about it. I still eat them though!

Poached Eggs on Wholemeal bread with Rye.

Grande Skinny Latte for me. Or Venti if it's my free reward! Sometimes add a shot of hazelnut. Not the sugar-free version as I can't stand it!

A 5 mile run/jog walk along the coast. Burnt off 745 calories (according to MMF).

I'm not sure what that is, but it sounds pretty amazing!

My daily treat is my Belvita breakfast biscuits I have with my morning coffee. They contain a lot of sugar, but I always stay within my goals, so i don't really care.

I use MapMyFitness for my runs/power walks (which is basically the only exercise I do). I'm from Newcastle, UK.

Being complimented on how I look by people in shops i usually go in, and by people at work. I've lost 17lbs and they all say my face has changed quite a bit. I don't see it myself, but they do.

I like Peppermint tea - helps me sleep. I occasionally drink Green Tea, but i take food supplements that contain Green Tea and too much is bad for your liver.

I've just ate half a bag of Maltesers. I don't feel that guilty.

Hi all, been using this for a few months now. Lost 17lbs, got another 15lbs to go. Add me if you like.
