  • Oh and take Sunday off "1 day of your choosing ". I stay at 1200 calories Monday thru Saturday, but Sunday is my 1500 calorie day, also i don't work out, i don't prepare food, i sit around and play video games. I eat panera, and i go to the local market to make a kick butt salad on Sundays.

  • I set my calorie intake around 1200 I don't mind going a few over. I workout 1 hr a day. I've lost 12 pounds in two weeks so far. I bought the fitbit charge HR to have a better view on calories I burn on my own. "Walking,sleeping, cleaning house etc.. " my fitbit can also tell when I workout and marks it for me.
  • I got a tummy tuck years ago. I had the doctor put the drain tube above my "lady stuff" and not on my sides to avoid getting dog ears. Unfortunately my lady stuff took all the drainage and I need that removed. I suggest drain tube on the side and deal with dog ears.
