Hi Jessica! I agree. The types of food, and especially the amount, makes a huge impact on weight. But like you, I'm determined to get back on track and into a healthy lifestyle. It's not easy when bad habits exist but I'm too young minded to be called an old dog so I know I can learn a few new things!

My weakness is large dinner then evening snacking. The bad habit started when I worked nights and caused a 15 lb weight gain this past holiday season. Working hard to break both of these. :p

I weigh in once a week (every Monday morning). This helps me to be mindful of what and how I eat during the weekend. o:)
