I would say it's time to move on. If you were off and on it can't of been so serious. He has clearly moved on with another person and if he doesn't care for your feelings enough to acknowledge your existence at a public gathering I surely wouldn't be continuing to waste time on them. Learn to cut those kinds of people from…

And if she's whining about wanting to change and not putting in effort to make that change tell her to knock it off. I can see how that would get frustrating and annoying pretty fast.

My partner doesn't do mfp. It doesn't impact on what I put into my body or whether I go out and exercise at all. Why would it lead to an argument? Be responsible for yourself. She can do the same. Just because your all go on mfp doesn't mean she has to share your passion for change and you shouldn't expect her to. I still…

I love broccoli salad. It's just blanched broccoli with sea same oil, soy, ginger dressing. Very plain though. You could also add other green veggies and some slivered almonds for a bit of variety and to bulk it out a bit. The lasagna rolls from skinnytaste look nice…

I love their books and cooking show. Real yummy food that is easily and affordable to make. Nom nom.

I eat leftovers from dinner if there is any and typically prefer a whole meal over traditionally breakfast type foods.

China Bar Seafood Tom Yum Soup with Noodles. No pic because I was bloody fammished! It was delicious though. Stopped at PJs Southbank for a (non frothy) frothy...see above pic. Now at Crown watching the footy with a cider and will head to the Merrywell for some eats later. Happy Saturday!

Not Asian but I make congee in the slow cooker with chicken marylands for myself and my kids for breakfast. I also make a pot of pho once a fortnight. Both healthy and very yum. Tonight I am making Tom yum with prawns and adding rice stick noodles with whatever veggies I have laying around in the crisper. Not terribly…

I usually just have a main and either fajitas or fish tacos. Unless its a decent restaurant I wouldn't bother with margaritas. Cheap alcohol ruins a good cocktail.

Wine. Lots of it. I had to stop completely for a time to realise fully how much it hinders every aspect of your mental, emotional and physical health. I have a few drinks (3-4) once a month now. No wine. Sugarfree alco pop things....1 bottle = 1 drink. Not the massive bucket red wine glasses I could fit half a wine bottle…

Skinnytaste.com Addapinch.com I also use taste.com.au (I'm Australian) They are the sites I regularly use for inspiration followed by the thread that is called "show me your food/supper/dinner" or something like that under recipes. Link below...…

I did the not so elegant version of that yesterday where I fell onto my kitchen tiles. Good job you! :D

+1 I think its is disgusting behaviour that anyone in that age bracket feel they can act so disrespectfully toward an adult. I have two sons and quite frankly if I heard anything of the sort out of either of their mouths I would be mortified.

I went a few years back and became obsessed with Snapple. Im easy to please though. Oh and in SF I went to Bubba Gumps but its overpriced and pretty touristy :) The food was nice though. Have a great trip!

If your finding your mental health person/team is not working for you, go elsewhere. Seriously. Life's too short to wade through that sort of stuff alone. Be honest with who you currently see, explain why you feel it's not working - be as clear about that as you can be, ask for a referral. They do not take that kind of…

Motivation comes in all forms. My motivation isn't "good" either but I will take it where I can get it.

Had a few drinks last night. Turns out it's not the drinks that are the problem as I was well within my calories...it's the mindless eating from the munchies afterwards. I would of ticked off a mini goal today but instead I had about 2000 calories worth of nachos, snake lollies and whatever else could find in the evil…

Buy an iPod or a radio with earphones and turn it up. Some people are just *kitten* unfortunately. They are everywhere in life. You need to learn to just ignore them.

If I go by BMI alone I should be around 60-65kgs. I can't imagine being that weight, I cant even remember being that weight and I was weighing myself during my early teens. Earliest I can remember is about 70-75kgs. I am currently aiming for 75kgs though for my height that tells me that I am still considered "overweight"…

I managed to get through yesterday. Just for today I am going to go the longer way to the kids school to pick them up and when we go out for dinner tonight I will only have a small portion of curry with rice and leave the naan to stay within my calls for the day.

I finally fit back into top sizes in the 'regular section'... yes they are a size 20 but I am no longer in the plus sized section. Just.Keep.Going. :p

Iv bought many games from steam too :) Steam rooms give me heart palpitations. Going on in my life...... I am dealing with my mother and fathers deceased estate, my entitled moocher brother and trying to figure out who has even stealing from their bank accounts and where the hell their super has vanished too. Reading the…

That happened to me. I just disconnected and reconnected and it worked.

I'm also new *waves* Just for today... I will.... 1. Stay within my calories but eat enough so I don't get that pesky "bad things will happen to you message". 2. Walk for 45 minutes with at least one 30 minute full walk. 3. Plan my meals for the next week and do the shopping list.

My mother used to say that to me in a really snide tone when I used to take 5 minutes to log my food. Then launch into how to do it "properly" and how to better lose weight..... The sort of advice you need from a mother trying to tell you the benefits of the cabbage soup diet ... who is also obese.
