I was 253.5 lbs in the beginning 249 when I started with MFP 216.7 now and goal is 165 Nearly half way there :) Just keep going. I will probably reassess my goal weight after I reach it.. I ideally would like to be a size 10.

Fried rice? I make a fried rice and put tom yum pasta through it and some fish cake and prawns for spicy rice. How about kedgeree with cod and eggs? Biriyani with chicken? What sort of rice dishes were you looking for?

Kmart all the way for sweats because who cares what you look like. I have been researching compression pants to keep the wobbles in check for running. Happy to spend more for comforts sake. I love him. I think he is kinda groovy in an 80s fun kinda way and quite frankly if you can have a giggle whilst you get moving then that's awesome. Exercise is meant to be fun right!

That all looks so delicious! Its only lunch time here and I had a homemade pizza on pita with slow cooked shredded chicken breast, mushrooms, onion, olives, cheese, tomato base and oregano sprinkle. Would of loved some sundried tomato but I am cleaning out the cupboards so we are only eating whats around until Wednesday :)

Just for today... I will take an afternoon walk to meet my partner after he finishes work and walk with him home. I will do an exercise video at some point throughout the day. I will stay in the calories and try and work towards being closer to my target for the day. I will make a big jug of unsweetened cold steeped tea.

I would try and eat lots of yummy fresh fruits, veggies and herbs. I would also try and get out and go for a light walk if your up to it. Fresh air always does me the world of good. Make yourself a big pot of veggie or chicken soup. I am one of those that eats a lot less when I am unwell but I try and stay functional...…

Pho :) it's delicious and fixes everything but a bad hair day :) I eat leftovers a lot for breakkie a lot or just regular foods that aren't stereotypically breakfasty.

Enjoy. I always heather hot and sour soup and the veg tofu stirfry. So good.

Broccoli salad with an Asian style dressing. Russian salad which is potato salad with carrot and peas. Roasted veggie salad which can also work equally well with veg done on the BBQ tossed in balsamic.
