Whole30 is great for figuring out allergies and food sensitivities. For instance, my mother figured out that she has a sensitivity to any kind of legumes. They contribute to her knee pain. I did feel better eating whole foods however, it is not something long term that I could do. I still enjoy a ton of their recipes…
