Hello! I am glad to be starting over, and I really appreciate the perspective that "we can do it again!" We have a proven track record :) I did some intervals on the treadmill today, but C25K is a nice way to set a goal and work towards it, so here I go! How are you doing with your goal?

I've lost up to 70lbs in the past, and am moving beyond beating myself over it putting most of it back on. Today I am going to log everything I eat in MFP and do 30min of cardio.
