Thanks guys! Update for the end of summer. I'm 10 weeks pregnant with my third baby. I've maintained my goal weight so far, and am determined to have a MUCH healthier pregnancy this go around. I'm still logging into MFP daily, and maintaining a regular-ish exercise routine.

You guys are the best ❤️

Great job!

Thank you! ❤️

Thank you! I plank every night before bed

Thank you! I've never felt better

I'll be the first to admit I don't enjoy exercise! I exercised as I wanted to but never followed a plan, which means I had to be extra tight on logging.

I'm glad you found someone!

Thanks for the awesome support everyone!

Thanks ladies! @newstart1988 that's an excellent start! Keep up the great work! Give yourself time, plenty of grace, and even more determination and I have no doubt you'll succeed ❤️

80 pounds in 12 months using MFP, good luck to you!

Thank you! Here's another pic that shows the loose skin. It's not terrible but it's for sure there, along with stretch marks. It happens to the best of us!

I plank every night before bed and I really think that's it. I don't regularly work my abs via workouts, but I do enjoy challenging myself with the plank. I started at barely being able to do 20 seconds, now I do 2 minutes.

Thank you! Mostly high protein and low carb, but really as long as I was within my quota it wasn't too strict. I tried to use my calories as wisely as possible....veggies instead of pastas and other grains, fruit for late night snacking.

I found these too ...yikes!

No program, just MFP

Thanks for the encouragement everyone! I forgot to add this one to above. I hadn't quite hit goal yet but was within a few pounds.

1. On point with staying with my calorie goals 2. Add exercise 3. Never swap goals 2 and 3, What I'm putting in my mouth is top priority.
-
I limit nothing except my calories. If I want sugar, I have it as long as I'm within my budget for the day.

5 pounds from goal number 2. After that my goal is to maintain for a full year.

Keep doing what you're doing and give it some more time. If it still isn't working then make readjustments. I went through the same thing and got tripped up with my frustration over having had success in the past while doing half as much work. I didn't let my frustration bring me to a standstill for very long. I accepted…

If you like your morning routine the way it is, then keep it and work in fitness another time of day. If you don't like it the way it is, commit to changing it and then do it. Small changes sometimes make a big difference. Try not going back to bed and going for aworkout instead two days a week to see how you like it.

112 and some Spanx...you can have your cake and eat it too

I have a 9 month old and 4 year old at home and no gym membership. I'm strict with my calorie intake, and don't depend on exercise alone for weight loss (there are some days where it just doesn't happen). I eat a small breakfast (a protein like hard boiled egg and a small fruit), small lunch (egg salad or chicken salad…

Honestly when I got stuck I tightened up on logging, and readjusted my calorie goals until it got me unstuck. It sounds like you're pretty tight on logging, so go back and readjust until you find the perfect balance that gets you losing again.
