It's fast loss but if you are feeling good which it sounds like you are then it should be fine. Sometimes you'll go at gazelle intensity, sometimes turtle. As long as you listen to your body through the different paces go for it.

I stopped eating back any exercise calories and it got me unstuck.

It works in general, if it's not specifically working for you make adjustments. You may need more or less calories to get off the plateau you're sitting on. I have to make adjustments on a regular basis to get results.

I had great success on weight watchers for 3 months and if I could afford it I would go back in a heartbeat. Really boosted my goals and helped get me in the right mindset. The community is really supportive if you signed up for connect which is a bonus. I think it all comes down to what works best for you.

That's helpful thanks! I'm not measuring unless it's a liquid so I could definitely tighten that up. I haven't seen the scale budge in two weeks now but my measurements are changing so that's good. My clothes are continuing to get looser so that's a win, I just want to be there!
