  • I meal plan every week and haven’t fully finished next week yet but this is the gist of what it will be 8am - protein shake and coffee 10am - 2 hard boiled eggs and pineapple 12pm - jello cup 2pm - salmon and asparagus 4pm - veggie straws or other 100ish calorie snack 6pm - Dinner which is undecided this week 😂 8pm - rice…
  • You could do a protein shake, which has been mentioned quite a few times. You could also do a primal coffee. If I eat too quickly after I wake, I tend to get a little nauseous, but adding coconut oil to my coffee makes me feel full and keeps me full until lunch. Plus, coconut oil is supposed to be very healthy for you.…
  • Certain coffees actually taste sweeter cold. There's an irish coffee in a local bake shop near me that doesn't need a single hint of sugar when it's cold. I don't even add milk! Experiment with your coffees. Sometimes, you have to spend a little extra. =)
  • I LOVE coconut oil in my coffee. (Primal coffee? Except without the butter..) It makes it frothy and creamy. Plus, when I blend it, I only need a teaspoon of sugar. I don't know if this is what OP does, but you actually have to blend it, not stir. It ends up looking like a cappuccino. =)
  • I'll add you! It's so nice to hear that there are people in the same situations, struggling with the same vices, and so on. I'll be ecstatic with myself if I make it under 200! haha...
  • That is very interesting! I'm gonna have to research it now! Sounds about right though. Even though I'm quite large, I'm still really strong. Muscle seems easy, it's losing fat that's a problem! I love carbs though...... Especially around THAT time of the month.. haha (Except bread. I hate bread)
  • Maybe that's what I should do! If I spend all the $$, I'll have to stick with it! Actually, I'm no so sure that would work for me. haha Good luck! =) Hopefully, I'll be looking into the fitbit sooner rather than later!
  • Coffee with hazelnut creamer ^_^
  • I hope so! This is the first time I've posted, or tried to be part of the "community". Maybe having people on here to hold me accountable will help.
  • I've wanted to start with a friend, but I don't have any that are motivated enough. And it always comes back too. "Allie, you don't need to lose that much weight!" Crazy, crazy people.. haha
  • Thanks! I'll add you! Wow, we are very similar. I was always super athletic, and still over weight in HS... I've been looking into the fitbit, but don't want to spend that kind of money until I know I'm gonna stick with this for sure..
  • Do you buy creamer? I can't remember where (probably Pinterest), but I found a recipe for homemade creamer. You could try that, or maybe eat fruits that have less sugar? I'm no expert and just starting my journey, but just thought I would share the creamer idea! (On my third cup of coffee this morning, so I already know…
