  • I would like help in that too. For now I'm drinking water every time I get a craving and maybe having a Cutie Mandarins (3-4 from 7-11pm) and mentally telling myself those other snack are not worth it. I push through, its a minute by minute thing with me.
  • I would love to lose 30 lbs as well. You truly have to be mentally prepared and willing to change the way of eating. Huge challenge, it is a minute to minute challenge for me.
  • Every time you think about eating from that buffet of bad stuff drink a little water maybe it will give you that instant pat on the back that you need to keep fighting it the rest of the day. Sometime s instead of a day at a time it can be a minute at a time.
