I started using it about 3 years ago at a weight loss clinic. It worked great. I lost weight. BUT, BUT, BUT if you do not take it after you loose the weight, and I had to stop taking it because it made me sick, I gained 3 times the weight back..... DO NOT DO IT!!!

I like the convience of premade shakes. I can drink them on the go, I keep them in the fridge at work. EAS advantedge, I'm watching my carbs and it has 2.5g, 100 calories and 17 g protein. about $5 for a pack of 4 at walmart

I am journaling my weight loss and shedding the shame and weight. I was abused as a child, then by now ex husbund. My son was diagnosed with a rare disorder when he was a toddler and without God I never would have survived. I just finished the rough draft of my novel that chronicles my life to this point.

I lost 25 pounds since I started using striiv touch, any band like fitbit will help, it will accurately measure calorie burned and that will help tremendously. I also try to keep carbs under 100 per day and walk 15,000-20,000 steps...
