Whoops, I forgot to check in last week, so I'm making up for it by checking in a day early this week. :) The first week was tough, it was my birthday week + some stress eating so I was WAY over my calorie goal most days. Luckily I was also way over my FitBit step goal, so that helped a little. This past week was somewhat…

I'd love to join the FitBit party, my normal goal right now is only 6000 steps but this week I've challenged a friend to an impromptu step-count duel, so I'm aiming for 10k per day all week. :) https://www.fitbit.com/user/22XXS8

So now it's time to tackle those last 15 pounds to get down to my original goal weight! age: 36 5'1" SW 4/12/15: 149 CW - stay tuned! GW by June or so: 135 I could use some…

Joining in late to the party here, late night snacking (specifically, late nights on the couch in front of the TV. . . . ) are my downfall. My goal is no snacking after 7:30/8pm for the rest of the week, and my current trick is to simply. . . . . brush my teeth earlier. Not sure it will work all the time, but it helped…
