  • Check out bodybuilding.com. They have videos and descriptions of the exercises. I'm reading Thinner, Leaner, Stronger by Mike Matthews. It's the second edition and 6.99 for the kindle. There is also a paperback edition. It's all about weight lifting for women (no light weights). Definitely give it a try!
  • I love Zumba. I have it for the Wii. I think the Zumba dvd from the infomercial is almost the same. I found this on amazon, it's about $54: http://www.amazon.com/Zumba-Fitness-Total-Transformation-System/dp/B002HZ4XMC But the youtube videos are free so you can try all and stop them if you don't like it.
